Landcaping to Begin Week of April 18th

Now that the cold winter weather is nearly over, the Village and contractor have been in contact for the past few weeks regarding completing the landscape restoration and other items of work not completed last fall/winter.

The contractor is expected to begin landscape restoration on Monday, April 18th. The contractor will re-grade the existing ground, install topsoil, and sow grass seed.

Contractor will also perform asphalt surface pavement patching at various locations throughout the project that were damaged during construction. This is anticipated to be completed in the next week or two.

Thanks again for your patience as the weather has finally warmed up enough to allow landscape restoration to begin.

Sheridan Plumbing has substantially completed the project.  Due to winter weather conditions no work is taking place at this time.
